BIM-AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your internal business or personal use, subject to ongoing subscription or free-trial terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software unless expressly authorized.
New users may be offered a 15-day free trial. The trial grants full-featured access for evaluation. To continue using the Service after the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software; use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIM-AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and delete your account, at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
